Full Exterior Cleaning Project – Lake Ridge, VA House Soft Wash | Roof Blow Off | Deck Cleaning | Concrete Cleaning

We recently completed a comprehensive multi-service exterior cleaning project in Lake Ridge, VA, where the homeowner entrusted us with revitalizing several key areas of their property: the vinyl siding, roof, deck, and concrete surfaces. Roof Blow Off & Gutter Guard Debris Removal

Surrounded by mature trees, the roof had collected a heavy amount of leaves, sticks, and organic debris. While we initially used our SkyVac Atom Sonic to clear debris from the gutter guards, we soon realized that a full roof blow off was the more effective solution. Once on the roof, we carefully cleared all debris and bagged and removed it by hand, leaving the roof and gutters clean and ready for proper drainage.

Deck Cleaning – A Major Transformation

This deck had never been power washed and was completely darkened by years of mold, mildew, and algae. After pre-wetting the surrounding vegetation, we applied Wood Wizard by Southeast Softwash and allowed it to dwell for 15–20 minutes. From there, we cleaned the deck meticulously board by board and rung by rung to restore the wood's natural color. The transformation was incredible—the blackened deck turned bright again, much to the homeowner’s delight.

We also treated wooden side steps, which had endured the same organic buildup over time. After treatment and rinsing, they looked nearly brand new.

House Soft Wash – Siding & Spider Web Removal

We then turned our attention to the vinyl siding, beginning on the north-facing side where organic growth is typically most concentrated. The home also had a significant amount of spider webs on the siding and around the window frames. Using our low-pressure soft wash system, we applied our cleaning solution and carefully rinsed all surfaces. The green tint and grime melted away, leaving the siding looking fresh and bright again.

Concrete Cleaning – Walkways & Sidewalk

The homeowner requested cleaning for a section of concrete near the exterior of the home. While they opted not to include the driveway, we went the extra mile and cleaned the front walkway and the corner sidewalk at no extra charge. We like to add small complimentary touches for our clients—and this was our thank-you for trusting our small business.
